Stefan Diez
Stefan Diez is an industrial designer, based in Munich where he founded his studio Diez Office in 2003. As a son of a cabinetmaker, he learned the tricks of the trade at an early age. He designs and develops products for everyday use, focusing in particular on the potential of the circular economy. His studio is characterized by innovation through technical expertise, instinct and a great passion for experimentation. His products have received international acclaim, including winning the iF Gold Award and the Red Dot best of design award. For HAY, he designed the New Order collection and the Rope Trick.
