You can track your order via the Track & Trace link that you receive from us through PostNL or DHL. It is also possible to track your order via our tracking portal. You will need your order number and zip code for this.

It is not possible to change your order online. Send a message to klantenservice@hay.nl to inform us of any changes. Please note: if we have already processed the order, this is no longer possible.
Delivery times may vary per ordered product. The product page shows the estimated delivery time of the product. Some deliveries may take longer or shorter. We always try our best to contact you and communicate any changes. Small items are normally delivered within 5 working days, medium and large items usually take longer. In general, the following delivery times apply according to availability: The delivery time of accessories and small furniture that are in stock is usually between 2-5 working days. Furniture is delivered in consultation with our carrier. When in stock, furniture is usually delivered between 5-7 working days. If your order is not in stock, you will receive an e-mail from us with the estimated delivery time.

To check the status of your order, you can log in to your account, where you click on 'orders'. Here you can follow the progress of your orders.
