Leon Ransmeier
Leon Ransmeier is an American industrial designer who started his own design practice in New York in 2010. He graduated at the Rhode Island School of design and his work has been included in the permanent collection of the San Fransisco Museum of Modern Art and the Corning Museum of Glass. He always focuses on practical use in his designs, because he believes in the idea that use follows form. His motto is: 'The only way you can create well-designed objects is to experience those objects yourself.’ For HAY, he designed the Revolver (Bar) Stool and Table, Shortwave Dish Rack and Chops Toothbrush.
